The fourth annual Ghana’s Most Beautiful Canada Pageant 2013 took place at the city playhouse theatre on Saturday, July 27th 2013. Six girls competed for the title of Ghana’s Most Beautiful Canada, but 21-year-old Isabelle Gbekie a Business Admin student from Humber College who was representing the Volta region took the title and walked away with a round trip ticket to Ghana, $1000 scholarship plus a $200 gift card from Western Union Canada.
The position of the first runner up went to Shersery Anum a psychology student at Cegep Andrew-Laurendeau in Montreal Quebec. The second runner up position went to Miss Peggy Agyei a student at Carlton University studying honours Bachelors in communications. AnnaLisa Badu who was representing the Asante region was awarded $750 scholarship from Sesheme foundation an organization that focus their attention on youth, seniors and families in Canada.
Ghana’s Most Beautiful Canada 2013 will be embarking on a trip to Ghana scheduled to work with on some humanitarian initiatives. One of the initiatives we are in conjunction with is the newly founded charity ‘One Meal, One Life’. Among a few others propagated initiatives that will be taking place during the time of her reign.
