- CasaFoundation was founded in April 2011 to relief poverty and advance education through programs including FOA.
- Friends of Africa has evolved into the Anchor Conference for businesses and Investors seeking opportunities in Africa.
- FOA educates businesses, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals on funding programs,new opportunities, and partnerships.
- FOA Conferences continue to feature Speakers from diverse sectors to expand its info-database and improve businesses.

- In 2014, CasaFoundation received the Diasporan Achiever Awards from NIgeria’s House of Representative
- In 2015, an FOA Business Roundtable paper received Funding and emerged West Africa’s First WaterParks-SplashWorld
- In 2015, FOA started its Official Investment Magazine called AfroInvestors and now circulates in Canada, Ghana, & Nigeria
- In 2016, CasaFoundation addressed Canada’s XChange Conference on Nationbuilding, Ghanaians In Canada, Canadian/Nigerian Professionals; and will address the 2016 Global African Investment Summit, London
