Saturday August 15, 2015, the Ghanaian community in Toronto Canada came together once again to celebrate the 4th Annual Ghanaian Cultural Arts Festival (Ghanafest).
The event took place at the Earls Bales Park and was attended by many dignitaries and community leaders. The keynote speaker was the Ghana High Commissioner, His Excellency Dr Sulley Gariba who was also accompanied by the Consulate General to Toronto, Honorable John Bosco.
Among the speakers were honorable MP Judy Sgro, and Mr Kennedy Agyapong from Ghana. The event begin with a barbecue to showcase various Ghanaian cuisines, some board games, and networking opportunities with vendors.
The event also saw live band performances and cultural drumming and dancing from various local artists and performers.
