Toronto, Ont. – On March 6, 2020, the Young Adults Wing of Ghanaian Canadian Association of Ontario (GCAO) organized a social networking mixer to mobilize young Ghanaian professionals in the Greater Toronto Area. 

This successful event brought together over 100 young Ghanaian professionals from various part of the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. 

The mandate of the GCAO Young Adults wing is to elevate, cultivate, and inspire the strengths and collaborative efforts of the young generation, encouraging them to take charge as positive change agents while leaving an impactful and lasting footprint in local communities.

The organizers of this event were: Bernard Laryea, Mary Akuamoah-Boateng, Nathaniel Boateng, Shani Ocquaye, Amma Gyamfowa, Natasha Boakye, Kevin Anane and Gabriel Odartei.
